1997 Law. Jews Make Money By Selling the Ostensibly Sacred Old Jewish Communal Property Restituted to Them

THE ANATOMY OF DESTRUCTION: THE BACKSTAGE OF THE AGREEMENT OF FEBRUARY 20, 1997, is the title of this Polish-language book. Author Boleslaw Szenicer is a Polish Jew. Most of his relatives perished in Treblinka, but his father survived by being in Russia, and his mother survived by being hidden by a Pole. (pp. 5-7). Szenicer is no marginal Jew: He elaborates on his lifelong involvement in Poland’s Jewish community.

The courageous author details the fraudulent procedure by which foreign and certain Polish Jews work together to demand restitution of long-unused Jewish communal properties from the Polish government, ultimately based on the presumed moral authority conferred by the Holocaust, and then turn around to sell this property just to make money, thus allowing the new owners to destroy it! The media buries this. So, lest all this sound too counter-intuitive to be true, or else the reader is impressed by certain accusations made against Szenicer (which may be disinformation), here are some scholars that confirm this little-known fact:

SOME EXAMPLES OF RESTITUTED JEWISH PROPERTIES GETTING SOLD BY JEWS AND THEN DESTROYED

The situation with the Jewish Hospital at Siedlce is especially egregious. The hospital had an almost-stellar Jewish history, including that of a Russian pogrom in 1906. (p. 88). Jewish organizations such as the ZGWZ, FODZ, and GWZ played a role in the building’s fate. (pp. 89-90). The hospital was restituted, sold, and destroyed: Szenicer shows photos of the structure before and after the dismantling of the structure. (p. 93). The wooden synagogue at Siedlce was also disassembled. (p. 112).

The Reindorf synagogue and mikvah (ritual washing) building stood in Otwock until 2002. They were restituted to Jews, promptly sold by them, and then destroyed. Szenicer provides photos of the perfectly fine structures before and after their destruction. (p. 116-117).

The mikvah building in Konstancin-Jeziorna survived the Nazi German occupation by some miracle. (p. 124). The Jews who recently got it through restitution quickly sold it for cash, and expressed no interest what the new owner will do with the building. (p. 125).

Another mikvah–at Krzeszowice–was built in 1913, survived Hitler, and even still had the original fixtures in place. It was sold for a low price. (pp. 126-127).

POLAND’S CHIEF RABBI, MICHAEL SCHUDRICH, TELLS BOLESLAW SZENICER TO SHUT UP

Szenicer went to top Rabbi Schudrich and painfully asked how these scandalous things could possibly be taking place. Schudrich gave Szenicer some rabbinic advice, which consisted of Szenicer keeping his mouth shut, or else he would lose his directorship of a Jewish cemetery. (p. 96). Schudrich’s threats are reproduced by Nissan Tsur in Ma’ariv. (pp. 103-104).

JEWISH COMMUNAL PROPERTY. IRONICALLY, JEWS THEMSELVES ARE “FINISHING HITLER’S JOB”

Consider the implications of this flagrant misuse of the 1997 Restitution Law. Boleslaw Szenicer points out that, when Jews sell the cemeteries that had been restituted to them, they are violating Jewish Law (HALACHA). (p. 84). Moreover, when Jews just sell to others the historically significant communal properties restituted to them, they are acting the barbarian, and are effectively doing to all Jews what Hitler did not quite accomplish! (p. 5, 140). The new owners generally destroy these long-surviving old Jewish properties. (p. 85).

This is a broad-based problem. Writing a bit in English, Szenicer excoriates his fellow Jews, “Those structures, which the Nazi vandals did not manage to tear down, are continuously vanishing from our sight, with the consent of the Committee of the Warsaw Jewish Community, as well as the other Jewish communities in Poland.” (p. 98).

The Jewish conduct is an international scandal. (p. 88). Ironic to the saying, “Your streets and our buildings”, the Jews are willfully discarding their own buildings. (p. 129). Szenicer expresses his grief and frustration by asking how it is that the Jews, having undergone the unspeakable tragedy of the Holocaust, can now so casually sell away their remaining material heritage. (p. 96). Evidently, money talks.

The authors were vilified, threatened with lawsuits, and–surprise–accused of (what else?) anti-Semitism.

NO VALID EXCUSES FOR JEWS SELLING RESTITUTED COMMUNAL PROPERTY

Some of the Jews involved try to gaslight the issue by mendaciously saying that they are just selling land that contains the ruins of structures. Szenicer calls them on this bluff in English, “I can agree that the empty plots or the absolute ruins of given structures of prayer, may be sold. However, the disposal of the historical Jewish monuments, which are still in a decent state, in order to raze them to the ground with the help of bulldozers, is a scandalous enterprise which cries for vengeance.” (p. 98).

The author also rejects the oft-egregious excuses for selling (e. g, p. 114, 122), such as assertions that “the structure is beyond repair, the structure is dangerous, no money to maintain”, etc. (This begs the question why the Jews would accept the restitution of property that they knew in advance was not repairable). Besides, there is no proof that upkeep of the properties is necessarily too expensive. (e. g., p. 149).

HOW WE ARRIVED AT THIS SITUATION: HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

During WWII, American Jews disregarded the Holocaust warnings of the likes of Jan Karski. (p. 83), and generally did nothing to stop the Holocaust (p. 174) while the Germans unilaterally murdered 90% of Poland’s Jews. The new postwar Soviet-imposed Communist puppet government nationalized all Jewish communal properties just as it did the same to Catholic Church properties. Szenicer repeatedly refers to the Soviet-stooge Polish President Boleslaw Bierut in this regard. (p. 5, 9, 21). The Jewish properties were initially confiscated not by Poles but by Jewish Communists, acting with the approval of the American Jewish Congress. (p. 118).

JEWS BLAME POLES FOR WHAT THEY THEMSELVES NEVER DID

Throughout the postwar period, international Jewish organizations had repeatedly refused to contribute to the upkeep of the long-unused Jewish communal properties. (p. 9). Consider places such as Krynki, where a synagogue was burned by the Germans while its unharmed stout walls remained standing for decades thereafter. All this time, neither the remaining local Jews nor the surviving Krynki Jews, now in Israel or the USA, expressed any interest in resurrecting the synagogue. (p. 151).

And now (surprise) various Jewish organizations blame Poland for not maintaining the old Jewish properties! Moreover, American Jews now feel self-appointed to extort reparations money from Poland via the Holocaust Industry in general and the 1997 Restitution Law in particular. (p. 83). JEWISH COMMUNAL PROPERTY. THE LONG-TERM CORRUPTION OF THE HOLOCAUST INDUSTRY

Szenicer knows exactly what is going on. He cites Norman Finkelstein’s The Holocaust Industry and elaborates on how the Swiss had first been slandered as Nazi collaborators. (p. 28). He is perceptive, and his conclusions are spot-on. See:

Now the Holocaust Industry, notably the WJRO, emboldened by its success, is going after other nations. (p. 27). The WJRO has the audacity to accuse Poland of stealing Jewish property during the Holocaust. (p. 29). Now it is Poland’s turn to be defamed as Nazi collaborators, and to be intimidated, cheated, and spat upon. (p. 116). Szenicer is unafraid to tell it like it is: He repeatedly calls the Holocaust Industry operatives a bunch of hyenas. (e. g, p. 27, 115, 152, 163).

The author says what is very rarely said by Jews. He calls upon his fellow Jews to come to terms with the past, to stop lying about matters related to the Holocaust, and to stop spitting on Catholics as anti-Semites. (p. 20). Such revolutionary ideas!

On another subject, Szenicer reiterates his position that there should be a full exhumation at Jedwabne. This is to finally get to the bottom of what actually happened. (p. 115).
