From my friends in Bulgaria, I received a text presenting an interesting point of view on a global project codenamed “K” – like COVID. Tomorrow I will develop the plot further.

At this stage I came to a conclusion that may be obvious to you, but I needed to confirm my hypotheses.

So the vaccines as Sanofi, Novavax, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson are a joint development of the CIA, the US Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), HHS (Ministry of Health and Social Policy – through lobbyists), the Medical Defense Consortium (MCDC), the Enterprise Consortium Medical Technology (MTEC), Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) – main sponsor of operation “Dark Winter” (simulation of bioterrorist attacks, conducted on June 22-23, 2001) and a leader in the promotion and use of biometric software and facial recognition by US law enforcement …, and several other similar contributing structures in the so-called Operation Warp Speed.

There is information about this operation and you won’t find anything wrong with it. Behind the curtain of “fighting K” there is, however, fraud, greed, lobbying … – our known ultra-capitalist “miracles”.

The cost of the Warp Speed ​​operation is $ 10 billion, and its management and coordination is entrusted to South Carolina-based Advanced Technology International, deeply linked to military and intelligence structures, the pharmaceutical mafia and Big Tech.

Secret contracts worth $ 6 billion were signed through it for the production and distribution of K vaccines, bypassing regulatory oversight and transparency of traditional federal contract-negotiation mechanisms. This means that contracts awarded under Operation Warp Speed ​​are unlikely to be made public in the near future, if ever.

Many of these companies, notably Johnson & Johnson, have been involved in scandals related to the sale and marketing of products they knew were dangerous to society (not to mention Pfizer). Shortly before the launch of Warp Speed ​​(Spring 2020), the PREP Act (adopted in 2005) was updated to relieve them of liability under which manufacturers of vaccines and therapeutics “cannot be sued for damages.”

The architect of this PREP update, lobbyist Robert Kadlec, personally signs every business agreement entered into on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare as part of Operation Warp Speed. The same Kadlec is a lobbyist for a whole host of dedicated intelligence and defense executives, including the infamous bioprotective company Emergent Biosolutions (producer of BioThrax anthrax vaccine) and a major player at Warp Speed.

It generally doesn’t make sense for Warp Speed ​​to be a secret (it cares about trees, about our lives, no). It turns out, however, that its scope significantly exceeds the publicly declared goals. This is more like a military operation than a science project: its leadership includes more than 60 military personnel (+ four generals), many of whom have never worked in healthcare or vaccine development. 80% of the remaining participants are employed by the Ministry of National Defense.

Lieutenant General Paul Ostrowski, who runs Warp Speed, explained why the military played such a large role in the operation thanks to “expert program management and contracting experience.” But contracts are routed by undercover contractors to avoid inspection and apparently not released to the Ministry of Health – which “manages” outside the public eye of Speed ​​Warp with the help of the military.
