Our editorial office and surrounding areas sustained major flooding due to recent extremely heavy rains.
It was an absolute and unexpected downpour causing havoc, landslides and a lot of damage to our property and in our area.
We have been provided with some emergency assistance, but the damaged equipment will need to be replaced.
An insurance assessor will be assessing the damage, but it may take weeks if not longer to recoup the losses.
Some equipment can be borrowed for limited period of time.
